The fee for the exclusive hire of the upper deck of Rootmaster is £100 plus whatever is consumed on the night. Our capacity is 30 and we require a minimum of 25 dining guests. Any number of persons below that amount will be charged at £20 per head.

For Birthday celebrations it is possible to have the bus decorated for a £10 fee which includes a personalised destination board Happy Birthday sign and biodegradable latex balloons. We are also able to provide a range of Birthday cakes with prices starting at £40 for our signature Tripple Chocolate fudge cake. We do not allow people to bring their own Birthday cakes
